What we collect

• Your wallet address, when you sign in. It is your account: no email, password or name is asked for.
• A sign-in signature. Signing in asks your wallet to sign a short text message. This proves you own the address and never sends a transaction.
• Entries: the giveaway you entered, the message your wallet signed and its signature, and when. These are public: the entry list of every giveaway, with signatures, is published so anyone can check the draw.
• On-chain data we read: whether a wallet holds a Seeker Genesis Token and which one (so one Seeker counts once), the tokens or NFTs a host's conditions ask for, and the transactions hosts send us for fees.
• Giveaways you host: what you wrote, the fee you paid and the payout transactions you post. All public.
• Your acceptance of the Terms: which version (including the 18+ confirmation) and when.

What we do not collect

• No analytics SDKs, advertising identifiers, contacts, location or device fingerprinting. No private keys: your wallet signs; we only ever see public addresses and signatures.

Sharing

We do not sell or share your data beyond what the pages publish. Service providers that process it on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Helius (Solana RPC), Jupiter (price quotes), Telegram (alerts to the operator, containing giveaway numbers and wallet addresses).

Retention and deletion

Entries and giveaways are kept so that past draws stay checkable. Email 2c.studio.dev@gmail.com from a message signed by your wallet to delete your sign-in record; published entry lists of finished draws cannot be changed, since the draw depends on them.

Children

ProofDraw is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
