Terms of Use

Who can use ProofDraw

  • You must be 18 or older. You confirm this, and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, when you sign in with a wallet.
  • You may only use ProofDraw where doing so is legal for you. You are responsible for the laws that apply to you, as a host or as an entrant.

What ProofDraw is

  • ProofDraw is a tool that runs the draw for giveaways. A host creates a giveaway and provides the prize. Entrants enter for free. ProofDraw picks the winners by the published procedure (how the draw works) and publishes everything needed to check it.
  • ProofDraw does not hold prizes, does not take part in the giveaway and is not a party to any arrangement between a host and an entrant.

Hosts

  • You own the giveaway: the prize, its delivery, its legality where you and your entrants are, and any tax or disclosure duties. You must deliver the prize to the winners the result page shows.
  • No entry fees. You may not charge entrants anything, in any form, to enter or to receive a prize. Giveaways that do are removed and the hosting fee is not refunded.
  • Title, prize, number of winners, closing time and conditions are locked when the giveaway opens. You can cancel while it is open; the cancellation and your reason are public.
  • After the draw, post your payout transactions on the result page. Until you do, the page shows that the payout has not been posted.
  • No unlawful, deceptive or infringing giveaways; no prizes you are not entitled to give; no content that is illegal or hateful. We may remove a giveaway and ban a wallet for breaking these Terms, without refund.

Entrants

  • Entering is free and needs a Seeker Genesis Token: one Seeker, one entry. Entering with several wallets for the same Seeker, or any automation, may get entries removed.
  • Conditions a host sets (holding a token or an NFT) are checked when you enter and again at closing; an entry that no longer qualifies is removed, and the reason is published.
  • Prizes come from the host, not from ProofDraw. We cannot make a host pay, but the host's record is public.

Hosting fees

  • Paid plans are paid on chain in USDC, SOL or SKR at the price quoted. Prices in SOL and SKR follow the market at the time of the quote.
  • Blockchain payments are final. If you paid and the giveaway was not created because of an error on our side, email 2c.studio.dev@gmail.com within 7 days with the transaction: we create it or refund the same amount to the paying wallet. No refunds for a giveaway you cancelled, for a change of mind, or because the SOL or SKR price moved.

The draw

  • Winners are decided only by the published procedure. The result must be published within 31 minutes of closing; if it is not, the giveaway is marked late in public and is drawn with the same block as soon as possible.
  • If Solana or our provider is unavailable, the draw is delayed, never re-rolled.

Availability

We may change prices and limits for future giveaways. The service is provided as is; we are not liable for blockchain outages, wallet issues, lost keys, or a host's failure to deliver a prize.
